What to Expect

In a typical week you will be assigned 45 to 90 minutes of training modules that are on average about 10 minutes in length. The training modules as well other class material will be available on the online learning management system.

Once a week we will conduct an hour long live class session using GoToWebinar. During the synchronous session, you will be able to type in questions while you listen to the instructor. The live classes are archived in case you are unable to attend the live session or if you wish to review the lecture at a future date.

Homework assignments are based on the live lectures and the training modules and may include any or all of the following:

  • Online quizzes (computer graded)
  • Forum questions and discussions
  • Case studies
  • Short answer assignment (hand graded by instructor)

Typical time commitment per week is about 3 to 6 hours per week:

  • Training modules: 45 to 90 minutes
  • Live lecture: 60 minutes
  • Homework: 30 to 90 minutes
  • Additional study time: 1 to 2 hours
